Take a look at these aged SCABBARDS. You will be delighted with how authentic they look. On the leather varieties you can use the mounts they come with and they look fine but if you have originals the look is killer. The metal ones are aged with a uniform rust finish rather than some chemical brown.

Scabbards come in three price ranges and include pre-paid shipping. Antiqued Scabbards

1850 Foot Officers Drags

1850 Drag
Finally ( we need 'em), after many years looking, I have had these drags made. They are as close as you will come to an original Civil War sword drag.
$70

The drag part itself is attached as a separate piece, unlike today's repros that are cast all at once. They have a very poorly shaped drag that can be spotted a mile away. The lines at the top can be changed for a small fee - specify 1 , 2 or 3 lines. In addition, 1850 staff officers drags can be made, if you tell me which sword you have or pattern you need. Prices will be quoted on a custom basis for those.
